The readiness checklist

Work through your documents and practical arrangements with the team before you travel.

HOW THE CHECKLIST WORKS

  • Your journey

The checklist follows your route, dates and documents.

  • Help as you prepare

The team explains what you need and the next steps.

  • Personal support needs

Discuss mobility, language or other assistance before you choose.

Baggage allowance
Check the allowance for your airline and itinerary.
Haramain train baggage
Ask the team about luggage arrangements for the train journey.

Before you fly

Your meeting point and named contact
Keep your meeting point and the team’s contact details with you.
Emergency contact and permitted disclosures
Tell us who to contact and what information may be shared.
Airport assistance
Discuss any assistance needed and confirm the arrangements with the team.

Your readiness record is restricted. Someone sponsoring your trip is not automatically entitled to your personal information — we ask you first.
