Fares are in US dollars, per person with four people sharing a room. We quote the amount in Ugandan shillings when you book. Where a hotel or airline is still being confirmed, the departure says so. Journeys that have already run are listed after the open ones.
Deluxe or Premium: what changes with the price
Both packages include return flights, visa processing, the Haramain train, ground transport, ziyara, Zamzam water, breakfast, darasas before you fly and our sheikhs' guidance. The differences are the hotels, the airline and help with your luggage.

Hotels
Premium usually stays at The Venue Al Harithia in Madinah and Swissôtel or Anjum in Makkah. Deluxe uses Araek Taiba, Concorde Dar Al Khair or Golden Tulip in Madinah, and Infinity, AlMassa Grand or voco in Makkah, some of them a longer walk from the Haram. Each departure names its hotels.

Flights
Premium flies Qatar Airways or Emirates. Deluxe flies flydubai in 2026, and the 2027 Deluxe airline is still being confirmed.

Luggage
Premium includes help with your luggage: our team handles it from the baggage belt, through airport check-in and check-out, and on the coaches between cities.

Meals
Both packages include breakfast. On the Ramadan departure, both include iftar. Each departure lists its meals.

November Umrah runs as Premium only, at a reduced Premium fare.
What Umrah costs from Uganda, and how payment works
COST AND PAYMENT
Each departure lists its fare in US dollars, per person with four people sharing a room. When you book, we give you the amount in Ugandan shillings at the current rate.
Any payment towards a trip is a booking, and we issue an invoice for it. Once you pay a deposit, the price on that invoice is fixed. You can pay the balance in instalments by bank transfer, mobile money or cash, and every payment gets a receipt. The full amount is due 14 days before departure.
You can change your booking, including moving to another departure, at no extra fee up to 21 days before you travel. The new trip's price applies. If you cancel, 25% of the trip price is non-refundable, and the booking terms set out how the rest is refunded.
Beyond the fare, allow for any meals your package doesn't include and your own spending. Ask the team what to budget for your departure.
